Barbour collaborates with Alexa Chung on Spring/Summer Equestrian-inspired collection
British luxury and lifestyle brand Barbour has teamed up with Alexa Chung for a third time on an Autumn/Winter collection.
The equestrian-inspired collection comprises of a selection of nine jackets with classic British silhouettes and quilting details. Key pieces include Delia – a short, orange coatquilted coat, Maud – a sandy, double-breasted casual jacket, Julie – a modern interpretation of the original Barbour Beacon thornproof jacket, and Cyril Wax – a short jacket inspired by the Barbour Bedale Wax Jacket and last but not least a double-breasted jacket that was inspired by Barbour’s 1910 ‘Uncle Henry’s Jacket’.
Chic and practical, the jackets strike a perfect balance between masculine and feminine. Altogether, the pieces combine functionality with comfort and can be worn on any occasion such as going for a walk through meadows, forests, parks and pedestrian zones.
