Current/Elliott teams up with The Vampire’s Wife for capsule collection
Denim label Current/Elliott and Dress label The Vampire’s Wife have teamed up for an exclusive capsule collection.
The 10-piece capsule collection was inspired by Cher and includes pieces in line with the trends of the Fall/Winter 2019-2020 season. From Black bell bottom pants with custom lace at the bottom of the leg (just like Cher’s stage pants, transparent lace top, and culottes to the “Kate” dress (Susie Cave’s signature piece) in leather or denim. Prices range between 120 to 1,100 euros.
Overall, the capsule is one of a kind and honors Cher’s style from the 1970s. Current/Elliott is known for its perfect cuts and as a leading innovator of fine denim. Founded in 2008 by Emily Current and Meritt Elliott the label has come a long way and has expanded its laid-back worn-in Americana portfolio. On the other hand, The Vampire’s Wife is the dress brand of choice for celebrities including Kate Moss and Sienna Miller. Founded by Susie Cave, the iconic model of the 1990s and wife of musician Nick Cave since 1999, the London-based label is a global retail hit.
