Kate Upton marries Justin Verlander in Tuscany
Kate Upton and Justin Verlander got married this weekend in Italy.
The 25-year-old model and the 34-year-old Houston Astros pitcher tied the knot in Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscanny in front of a handful of close friends and family. They took their vows in the resort’s medieval church, surrounded by lush gardens and a wine-growing area.
The bride and groom showed up on their big day in a classic way: Kate wore a long-sleeved white lace Valentino wedding dress while Justin opted for a bow tie and a black tuxedo. For her bridesmaids, she chose soft rose dresses.
The couple confirmed on the news on their respective instagram accounts. ‘I feel so lucky that I got to marry my best friend!!’ Kate wrote alongside a photo from their big day. ‘Thank you to our family and friends for making this weekend so fun and magical!’. ‘Happy wife happy life!’ What an amazing beginning to our journey together!,’ Justin wrote.
After the wedding ceremony, the bridal couple enjoyed a nice glass of champagne while enjoying the warmth of the outdoors.
