Lily Aldridge fronts Salvatore Ferragamo’s Spring ’17 Campaign
Salvatore Ferragamo has tapped Lily Aldridge for its Spring/Summer 2017 campaign.
Titled ‘Among Friends’ the campaign was lensed by renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh on location in picturesque Taormina, Sicily against a summery backdrop. Starring alongside Aldridge are models Andres Velencoso and McKenna Hellam as a group of friends as they travel across the hilltop town.
With dramatic coastal landscapes, enchanted gardens and bougainvillea lined paths, compliment the delicate and flowing fabrics of the women’s and men’s collection. The Mediterranean scenery strongly influenced the contemporary designs of the Italian heritage label.
The women’s collection which was designed by Fulvio Rigoni features heavily in an accompanying video directed by Stephen Kidd. Aldridge sports a dress with ribbed hem, while McKenna Hellam opted for a sporty, navy blazer jacket with matching loose-fitting pants. Together, modern cuts with pastel and light tones stand alongside blue, green and red designs, with flowing silhouettes.
Ferragamo’s Spring Summer ’17 collection makes you want the first warm days of the new year.
