We’ve still got it! Naomi, Claudia and Eva strike a pose at Milan Fashion Week
They may be fast approaching 40, but these veteran supermodels look little different than they did 10 years ago.
Wearing white T-shirts with denims and tailored black jackets, the three women were the epitome of understated chic at Milan Fashion Week yesterday.
Despite a combined age of 114, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Eva HerzigovA? appeared as fresh-faced as in their 1990s heyday.
The trio made an appearance to launch the Dolce & Gabbana Perfumes Collection at La Rinascente Piazza in Milan.
Naomi, 39, Eva, 36, and Claudia, 39, all strip off in the advert for D&G’s new fragrance Anthology.
In the video, the women drop their robes to the ground alongside male models Tyson Ballou, Fernando Fernandes and Noah Mills.
The fragrance collection features five non-gender specific scents rather than the traditional male and female offering.
Each of the five scents, which are named after tarot cards, will be represented by a different model.
Domenico Dolce said: ‘We chose Claudia, Naomi and Eva for the iconic value they have in the minds of everybody.’
Stefano Gabbana added: ‘They are icons, not just for young women but older women too.
‘Sometimes they are better known than actresses. People need to create icons, to see people they recognise.’
Miss Campbell, recently proved she hadn’t lost her touch when she made a rare catwalk appearance at London Fashion Week.
The 39-year-old took the Issa Spring/Summer 2010 show by storm, last Sunday when she revealed the amazing figure which was first seen on the runway 16 years ago.
Naomi, who is dating Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin, chose her the designs she wished to model including a monochrome one-shouldered swimsuit.
Claudia recently posed topless on the front of Tank magazine and admitted she would pose naked for many years to come.
The German model told the Daily Mail: ‘I wouldn’t think I was ever too old to do something like that. I mean, maybe if I was 60 or 70, then yes, I’d stop doing nude shoots, but then I guess it depends who is asking.
‘With Mario Testino for example, who is such a brilliant photographer, you would do anything.’
Eva, the youngest of the three at 36, rose to fame as the face and body of Gossard’s Wonderbra in 1994.
The Czech model traffic-stopping curves were said to cause road accidents when they appeared on the infamous ‘Hello boys’ billboards.
With an estimated ?10 million fortune in the bank, Eva has now retired from the catwalk but is still doing magazine editorial shoots for designers Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs.
