Julia Nobis fronts Dior’s Fall Ads
Julia Nobis has been tapped as the face of Dior’s ready-to-wear autumn-winter 2016-2017 collection.
The Australian model was photographed by Steven Meisel for a series of images that showcases her athletic dynamism. Sporting slit skirts, coat and scarf, Nobis appears with a bag hanging from her hand while striding athletically. She also appears in a 32-second film that reveals the inherent richness of the creations she models.
Designed by Serge Ruffieux and Lucie Meier, Dior’s fall collection focuses on the progressively mobile woman and is inspired by a woman who ‘is spontaneously expressed in an unfettered mix of garments, motifs and embroideries.’
This is not the first time that Nobis has fronted a campaign for the house of Dior. She previously appeared in the French brand’s autumn 2015 campaign.
