Heidi_KlumAnyone who thinks that it’s easy to lose weight after having a baby has never been pregnant. Well, there’s one exception: Heidi Klum. This supermodel/Project Runway superstar shed her previous post-pregnancy pounds in under 8 weeks. And she proved it by wearing lingerie in a Victoria’s Secret show.
With her fourth child due in October, Heidi is fielding questions on the magic to her model-slim method. “I’ve never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that,” she recently told the Associated Press. Instead, the secret lies in eating healthy foods, exercising, and “playing with the children.”
Although Heidi insists that she doesn’t follow a diet or weight loss plan, the Project Runway diva also asserts that she does “not sit on the couch with my feet up and eat one potato chip bag after the next and one burger after the other.” Executive Producer of Project Runway, which premieres Thursday, August 20 on Lifetime TV, Heidi said she makes slimming down a priority promptly after the baby’s arrival.
“I feel like it is always better to get into shape immediately. I feel like if I drag it out too long, I’m not going to do it,” Heidi admitted. In other words, Ms. Klum is determined to bid “Auf Wiedersehen” to any excess pounds that attempt to linger.
