Irina Shayk dazzles at Pronovias bridal spectacle

It has long been as clear as day that Irina Shayk does not require much if any effort at all when it comes down to turning into the focal point of any fashion event she sets foot in. And the Russian supermodel proved to be on the top of her game when she took the spotlight at the Pronovias Atelier runway spectacle in Barcelona on Friday of last week (the eight day of this month).

The twenty-nine year old head turner showcased a number of exquisite creations featuring crystals, organza tulle and signature lace from the iconic Spanish brand which specializes in wedding wear as part of the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week. And why not? Maybe even give her new leading man Bradley Cooper some food for thought. She looked every inch the dazzler and without any shadow of a doubt got more than a few male spectators wishing they could be in the Hollywood film star’s shoes and not hesitate to take the next step in their relationship by putting a ring on it.

With her dark brown hair parted at the left side and tightly slicked back into an elegant low bun, one of Shayk’s assigned looks from the company’s 2016 offering was a crisp white silk dress that fit snugly on her torso and featured a boat neck collar which turned into a dramatic floor-sweeping cape. The five-foot ten-inch tall beauty also highlighted her slender mannequin figure in a mostly white creation made of signature floral lace and sheer organza tulle which featured a cream colored mermaid skirt and glittering embellishments all throughout.

Shayk also had the privilege of closing the fashion show, in a sumptuous white number which was also produced with plenty of lace, but was substantially more revealing than the previous one. The final look had plenty of transparent areas, but its main see through focus point kicked off from the bodice, zig-zagged across her torso, and then trailed down her right leg. Needless to say, the skirt’s abundant train was no less worthy of attention.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit regular and former cover girl not too long ago pulled down the curtains on her long term relationship of five years with the Portuguese international football star Cristiano Ronaldo. The reason for their having parted ways is not completely clear, although rumor has it that it had to do with the thirty year old Real Madrid forward presumably having cheated on her – something which has been hinted by the model herself during several interview statements following their breakup. With that said, Cooper also recently called it quits regarding his own relationship with the British model of the moment Suki Alice Waterhouse.

Rumors that Shayk and the forty year old Hollywood heavy weight had initiated a romantic relationship started when the couple were spotted enjoying a romantic night out together in New York City late last month for the Broadway presentation of the Finding Neverland musical. A subsequent get together at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner added fuel to the gossip, and if that wasn’t enough, the rumors got only stronger after the pair were allegedly seen displaying their affection for one another at the star studded Met Gala’s after party (held on Monday, the fourth day of May and extending to the early hours of the next day) “till 3 or 4 in the morning.”

A number of insiders told PageSix that Cooper and Shayk had reportedly snuck off downstairs into “the karaoke room,” where “they were making out… they were very close all night.” Furthermore, some recently released photographic evidence of the couple have at last made official their romantic linkage. They were spotted heading out on yet another date, to the Broadway presentation of Hamilton earlier one night this month and did not mind at all to been seen getting all lovey dovey in public.
