Lana Del Rey poses semi naked for Maxim
Lana Del Rey always knows how to surprise us. The 29-year old songstress is Maxim’s latest cover girl for the December/January 2014-2015 issue of the mag. Looking hotter than ever the gorgeous “West Coast” crooner flashes a giant smile and shows plenty of skin as she rolls around in bed sporting white panties. Photographed by Neil Krug the sultry spread leaves something to the imagination as the dark brunette covers her chest and midsection with a slinky white sheet.
In her Maxim interview, Lana talks about changing hair colour, the new album Ultraviolence, as well as her career.
‘When I went darker with my hair, I don’t know why, but people took my music more seriously. There’s a lot to be said for pretending, you know?’ she tells the magazine. ‘For me, there really wasn’t reinvention. That is more the other people’s reinterpretation. I feel so much continuity between all my music and all the videos.’ she says of her career.
Del Rey made headlines last week for appearing in a surprising short video in which she plays a character who gets raped by Hostel director Eli Roth.
