Heidi Klum to reportedly buy Jon Bon Jovi’s NYC penthouse

With much of her gigs nowadays taking place in New York City, it makes sense that the lovely Heidi Klum is reportedly shopping for a new living space in the downtown area, and the German A?bermodel is already said to have her eye on one in particular.

The forty-one year-old beauty, who currently juggles playing judge on two popular reality television series based precisely in the Big Apple, put the Los Angeles home she shared with her ex-husband, British singer-songwriter Seal, on the market for twenty-five million dollars back in July, and is now moving on up, literally.

According to the New York Post, Klum is looking to purchase American rockstar Jon Bon Jovi’s thirty-seven and a half million-dollar Soho downtown penthouse located at the New Museum building in Mercer Street. With six bedrooms, two kitchens and eleven-foot ceilings, the 7,452 square-foot duplex features plenty of space for the statuesque mother-of-four and her children.

The luxurious prewar unit, which the musician originally priced for forty-two million dollars in 2013 before lowering it to the more recent asking cost, furthermore boasts two fireplaces, screening and projection rooms, scenic landscaped terraces, as well as direct entry into the home via an elevator.

Aside from her busy work schedule, an additional reason as to why Klum could be looking to relocate to the East Coast may be to remove some distance between her and her twenty-eight year-old beau, art dealer Vito Schnabel, who also resides in the Big Apple.
