Nicole Trunfio copies Candice Swanepoel’s all-leather look

On Monday night (June 16th), the Museum of Modern Art played venue to the premiere of the new Winestein Brother’s film Yves Saint Laurent, and Australian model Nicole Trunfio opted for an edgy look which was overall quite similar to the one worn just a week ago by a fellow mannequin.

The twenty-eight year-old brunette took to the New York City event’s red carpet in a black leather crop top and trousers ensemble which couldn’t help but remind us of the eye-catching Coyote Ugly-inspired look that South African supermodel Candice Swanepoel rocked at Maxim magazine’s Hot 100 party on June 10th.

But the similarities went beyond the leather outfit. Trunfio, who coaches model hopefuls in the Aussie version of the popular panel reality show The Face, also seemingly copied the Victoria’s Secret Angel’s hair style and smokey eye makeup.
