Alexa Chung is the new face of Nails Inc.

Nails Inc. has unveiled British fashion model and television presenter Alexa Chung as the new face of the London-based nail cosmetics company’s fifteenth anniversary campaign.

The thirty year-old IT girl, who works as a contributing fashion editor for Vogue UK when she isn’t modeling, will also produce an exclusive six-shade collection of fabric-inspired nail polishes for the brand which was founded in 1999, expected to launch in August 2014.

“I’ve been playing with textures and innovative effects to create the perfect collection that girls can use to revitalise an outfit. This collection is a party for your hands,” said Chung about her collaboration with Nails Inc. for its Autumn/Winter 2014 line which will be bottled in the label’s brand new container designed by creative director Fabien Baron.

Nails Inc. frontwoman Thea Green, who will soon open the brand’s first stand-alone store in the US called Paint Worxshop, added; “There’s a real synergy with our brand and Alexa collaborating was a natural evolution of our relationship with her.”
