Like mother like daughter

Looking as stunning as ever, legendary American supermodel Cindy Crawford surely must have some kind of super power to defy time. Walking side by side and looking more like sisters rather than mother and daughter, the forty-eight year-old fashion icon was spotted a few days ago as she hit the mall with her twelve year-old daughter Kaia Gerber.

Crawford, who is one of the “Big Five” supermodels of the nineties, alongside Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell, looked effortlessly eye-catching in a white button down shirt and snug-fitting beige slacks as she made her way to the Malibu mall last weekend in a pair of alligator printed flat shoes. The mother-of-two accessorized her simple yet chic ensemble with a large reddish-brown leather bag and shielded her eyes from the California sun with sunglasses of a similar tone.

Meanwhile, Gerber, who is the daughter of American businessman Rande Gerber, looked just as fashionable and nearly as towering as her look-alike-mother. The preteen opted for a more casual look, dressed in a loose grey hooded sweatshirt and black skinny jeans, completing her youthful and sporty outfit with a pair of classic black and white Converse All Stars sneakers as she proudly kept her stride alongside her age-defying supermodel-mother.
