Christy Turlington, new global ambassador for Imedeen

American supermodel Christy Turlington recently teamed up with Imedeen and named global ambassador for the nutricosmetic supplement brand. At 45 years of age, time has certainly been good to the mother-of-two, who looks as stunning as when she first broke into modeling back in the mid-eighties.

“Christy is a true professional and it’s been an amazing experience to be working with someone that exudes beauty, inside and out. For us Christy is the true embodiment of what Imedeen represents,” said a company spokesperson about the model-mom. Imedeen, whose slogan is “Beautiful skin begins within,” specializes in skin and haircare products.

“It’s very important for me to maintain great looking skin – not only as a model, but as a woman with lots of demands and many roles to fill each day. Caring for my skin on the inside is just as important as how I care for the outside. Now I can count on Imedeen to deliver deep down nourishment where it matters most,” said Turlington regarding the partnership.

The beauty supplements brand will also make a donation to the supermodel’s Every Mother Counts organization, whose focus is to end preventable deaths caused by pregnancy and childbirth worldwide.
