Victoria’s Secret angels strip-down for make-up video
What would a photoshoot mean for the Victoria Secret angels, if they didn’t have to strip down to their undies? It probably wouldn’t be a photoshoot then and this one was no different. This time around models, Candice Swanepoel and Lindsay Ellingson stripped down to black lace bras and briefs to showcase the lingerie brand’s cosmetic line.
In the video, the models go through the hair and make-up process first and then Candice takes the viewers through how it all works. The supermodel explains that shooting a lingerie photoshoot is different from shooting a beauty campaign. She says: “With lingerie, you have to be more conscious of your body and the way that you move your body. With beauty, it’s much more intricate – it’s a lot slower. You have to get certain looks, see the colours, it’s totally different.”
The supermodels show their beautiful side in this video. In one shot Candice wears coral lip gloss, heavy mascara, red nails and shimmering eye shadow to accentuate her flawless skin and looks. In another shot she goes more dramatic. She wears bright red lipstick, smoky eye-shadow and shimmering bronzer to cinch the look of evening glamour. Both looks suit her just fine. Lindsay, on the other hand, goes for metallics showcasing her bombshell side in matching nails and smoky eyes in metallic hues.
Candice Swanepoel and Lindsay Ellingson do a marvelous job of bringing the cosmetics line to the forefront with their sexy looks and their flawless skins. Victoria’s Secret has another winning campaign on their hands but then agan with the “angels” on their side how can they ever lose?
