David Walliams and Lara Stone prove, „It´s a dog´s life.”
Celebrity dogs are special and pampered. The proof is in the pudding so to speak. David Walliams and Lara Stone were seen leaving Scott´s restaurant in Mayfair after treating their pet pooch Bert to a special meal at the fancy eatery. Bert, the pooch, looked tired and satisfied as he emerged from the restaurant in mama Lara Stone´s arms. Pet papa Walliams was left holding her designer handbag crammed full of the dog´s toys.
The Dutch model, 28, was dressed for the occasion in black cropped trousers with a matching top and a white tailored blazer. The comedian, Walliams, was wearing beige trousers, a black shirt and a brown blazer. And the Border Terrier? Well, he was left to be himself. Thank god for little blessings.
The couple bought Bert for Valentine´s Day and since then he has accompanied them everywhere. Right from the start he was exposed to their luxurious lifestyle and goes everywhere they go and in style.
Has the world gone to the dogs? Apparently so.
Paris Hilton has admitted to owning 17 dogs with Tinkerbell getting the most publicity. She tweeted recently, “I may have spoiled them a little too much. But how can I not? Just look at those sweet faces, they deserve to be treated like my princes and princesses.” And she did just that. The doghouse is a mini replica of Paris´mansion complete with fancy furniture and it is air-conditioned. And her dogs travel in style.
Oprah Winfrey who owns three dogs, Sadie, Layla and Lucky is reported to have set-up a trust fund for them in the amount of $30 million. She said, “I can´t begin to repay my own dogs for the flat-out joy they bring me.”
Jessica Simpson´s pooch, Daisy, lives, travels and dines in style. Jessica carries her around in a couture dog carrier and makes sure that Daisy only gets the best of everything including food. She asks kitchen staff to prepare a special meal when she dines out.
All we can say is, “It´s a dog life but somebody has to do it.”
