Adam Levine and Anne V Breake up
It has been confirmed by Anne Vyalitsyna‘s spokesman that the Victoria’s Secret Angel and Adam Levine, the Maroon 5 singer, have split up after datting for two years.
According to the model’s words, the break up was easy and respectful: “Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner. We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best”.
The ex-couple met at the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue release party, where the Maroon 5 were performing, in Las Vegas in early 2010. Although they ended up in love, the first impressions they left on each other were not the best: “He thought I was a stuck-up bitch and I kind of thought he was a d*****bag musician”, Anne said. From that, they moved up to Adam serenading Anne while she walked the runway of Victoria’s Secret last November show in New York. In that same month came out an issue of Vogue Russia with the couple, nude, on the cover.
Apparently, their relationship has been stumbling since February, even though Adam – who had previously dated Jessica Simpson, Maria Sharapova and Cameron Diaz, among other celebrities – was determined to make things work: “This is the most functional relationship I’ve ever been in. I don’t want to screw it up”.
Despite Adam’s efforts, the relationship came to an end.
