‘Ab Fab’ Kate
Kate Moss will star in a special episode of ‘ Ab Fab ‘ for Sport Relief on March 23. Joining Stella McCartney and athletes Linford Christie and Colin Jackson in the one-off, Kate is a good choice since she happens to be a goldmine of gags for writers Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders. “Kate was really excited to get involved with the show. She’s a real fan and always quotes it with her mates”.
About the show, the models is able to see “the parallels between her life and Patsy [played by Joanna Lumley] and Eddy’s, and she finds it really funny. When she got the script, she squealed with delight. She thinks it’s brilliant, and she likes having a giggle at her own expense”.
And this not Kate’s premiere as a comedian. Years ago, she played Vicky Pollard’s sister (liking the mickey-taking of her Croydon roots) in Little Britain, and she also took part in a sketch with Sadie Frost and Katy Brand for Comic Relief in 2009.
