Modelinia Style Awards
Modelinia decided to give out style awards to the world’s best dressed supermodels for 2011. They were their first style awards, and were given out in five different categories. The categories were Hottest Red Look, Biggest Risk Taker, Best Red Carpet Glam, Best Accessorizer, and Best Model Off Duty. For the Hottest Red Look, Karlie Kloss won for the Jason Wu dress she wore to the CFDA’s. She beat out Miranda Kerr, Gisele Bundchen, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Lara Stone for the standout gown she wore. Abbey Lee Kershaw won for biggest risk taker for her eccentric style even beating out Agyness Deyn. Doutzen Kroes won for Best Red Carpet Glam look for her black Giambattista Valli gown against red carpet fixture Coco Rocha and Chanel Iman. The Best Accessorizer went to Anja Rubik for her ability to pair things together better than anyone else. Finally, The Model Off Duty award went to Joan Smalls for her ability to be a fixture on street style blogs everywhere.
