Richemont appoints Costanzo Ruocco as CEO of Gianvito Rossi
Switzerland-based luxury goods company Richemont has announced the appointment of Costanzo Ruocco as Chief Executive Officer of Gianvito Rossi effective 1 April 2025.
Ruocco who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, will assume leadership of the Maison. He will report to Philippe Fortunato, Chief Executive Officer of Richemont’s Fashion & Accessories Maisons.
A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Ruocco has more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry and a deep expertise in luxury fashion. Since joining the Maison in 2019, he has played a pivotal role in its operations and strategic development and has a strong understanding of the brand.

As part of this leadership transition, Gianvito Rossi has been appointed Chairman of Gianvito Rossi SRL, and will remain its Creative Director and a member of the Board of Directors. Ruocco’s appointment of as CEO of Gianvito Rossi reinforces its commitment to excellence and growth in the luxury footwear industry, marking an exciting new chapter for the maison.
