Announcing Magda Butrym H&M: Femininity in Bloom

Swedish fashion giant H&M has announced a collection of womenswear, accessories and jewelry in collaboration with celebrated Polish ready-to-wear designer Magda Butrym.

Titled ‘Femininity in Bloom’, revisits iconic beloved silhouettes from the Magda Butrym archive such as diaphanous dresses that recall petals and blooming flowers, wide-shouldered oversized coats. Key pieces in the collection include a red ruffled gown designed to feel like a bouquet of red roses, a sweeping crochet lace gown, a rich burgundy leather coat and jersey dresses, in the tones of pink, red, as well as rose print. Accessories include strappy sandals with flowers at the heels, iconic flower earrings rendered in silver crystals, and silk headscarves.

All of the pieces use a rose as its central motif and showcase Magda’s signature blend of femininity, boldness, and intricate craftsmanship. Reinterpreting Polish femininity with an elegant, contemporary edge, they serve as an an invitation to explore a romantic universe of Slavic style.

The partnership marks the 10-year anniversary of the Magda Butrym brand and is first time that H&M has worked with a Polish designer in it’s twenty-year history of pioneering designer collaborations.

The H&M x Magda Butrym collection will be available at hm.com and in select stores on 24 April 2025.
