Fendi revamps its Milan Headquarters in Via Solari
Italian luxury fashion house Fendi has unveiled its newly renovated Milan headquarters in the heart of the vibrant Via Solari fashion district.
The classic red-brick facaded building retains it’s refined industrial charm that defines Fendi’s aesthetic. The newly designed space will serve as a venue for the brand’s operations housing offices and showrooms. It will also host fashion shows which began with the Women’s and Men’s Fall/Winter 2025-26 show on February 26.
One of the standout features of the newly renovated space is the emphasis on natural light, a design philosophy synonymous with all Fendi offices worldwide and with Fendi Factory, the Maison’s leather goods production centre in Capannuccia, Tuscany. Permanent Showroom spaces and the Atelier have meticulously designed airy, bright rooms to take in every ray of sunlight and create an inspiring environment.
The new space is further enhanced by the addition of two costume-works created by celebrated artist Arnaldo Pomodoro are displayed in the entrance hall of Solari 35. A testament to the Maison’s continued partnership with the artists Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro, the works are the Costume di Didone, originally designed for Christopher Marlowe’s Dido, Queen of Carthage staged in Gibellina in 1986, and the Costume di Creonte, created for Igor Stravinsky’s Oedipus Rex performed in Siena in 1988.
