Kate Moss returns as the Face of Donna Karan New York
New York based American fashion house Donna Karan New York has once again tapped Kate Moss as the face of its Spring 2025 collection.
The supermodel had previously appeared in the brand’s Spring and Fall 2008 campaigns, photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. This time around, the campaign was shot by former brand collaborator and close friend of Moss, Craig McDean and styled by Jessica Diehl.
The new campaign buils upon the legacy of the previous two campaigns that showcased eight leading models as a cross-generational portrait accompanied by the message, ‘In Women We Trust.’
Moss effortlessly showcases a range of looks from the collection, through a multi-faceted depiction that reflects her sensuality and strength. Resonating across generations, is more relevant and iconic today than ever and embodies the enduring spirit and identity of Donna Karan New York’s renewed energy.
The Spring 2025 collection of Donna Karan New York offers timeless and chic looks in continuity with themes developed over past seasons. Throughout the collection, silhouettes are adorned with elements inspired by the archive such as lustrous hardware, a monochromatic palette, and shimmering surface treatments that exude contemporary elegance. Whether it’s a black blazer reworked with a halter neckline or a draped ecru dress that redefines the body, the designs allow the wearer to embody sexiness, edge, and ease.
‘It was great working with Donna Karan New York again and shooting with Craig McDean is always fun, he is like family. To me, Donna Karan has always been about effortless glamour and luxury with a little bit of an edge and this collection really captures all of that,’ Moss said in a press release.
