Louis Vuitton names Blackpink’s Lisa as its newest house Ambassador
French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has tapped Blackpink’s Lisa as its newest house ambassador.
‘I am very excited to welcome Lisa as a house ambassador. She has a daring spirit and charisma that I find incredibly compelling. She is as bold and creative with her music as she is with her fashion, and it is a privilege to accompany her on this journey,’ Nicolas Ghesquiere, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of women’s collections said in a press release.
Lisa whose full name is Lalisa Manobal previously held the ambassador title at Celine, another LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned brand. The Thai-born superstar and style icon’s association with the brand started with her appearance at it’s fall/winter 2024 show during Paris Fashion Week. Her bold fashion choices harmoniously reflect Ghesquiere’s vision of individuality and empowerment.
Lisa joins a prestigous list of longstanding ambassadors that includes Zendaya, Emma Stone, Sophie Turner, Ana de Armas, and Ho-Yeon. Check out some Pre-campaign shots here.
