Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty drops line of Maternity wear
Singer and businesswoman Rihanna has launched a maternity capsule collection for moms and moms-to-be through lingerie brand Savage X Fenty.
Designed by Rihanna herself, the new line which focuses on lingerie and loungewear comprises of three new bralette styles, as well as an oversized graphic tee. The new bralettes were inspired by the brand’s best-selling silhouettes and come in a variety of colorways, styles and sizes XS to 4X. The oversized graphic tee has a cheeky message which reads ‘Make More Babies’, while the bralettes are Savage X Cotton, Floral Lace and Savage Not Sorry.
Each of the styles are designed to be comfortable and functional and have certain features such as one-hand functionality, a nursing sling with a neckline-to-underarm opening, adjustable front-facing straps, and a set of nursing clasps.
‘The new maternity capsule is about bringing that confidence and comfort to moms at every stage of their journeys. I want to remind people that you can still channel sexiness and feel good while being a parent,’ said Rihanna.
Savage X Fenty’s foray into the world of maternity design is the latest example of the brand’s commitment and dedication to greater inclusivity. Priced between 35 and 60 USD, the Savage X Maternity line is available now online and in retailers.
