Georg Jensen collaborates with Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation
Georg Jensen has partnered with the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) to fund critical ovarian cancer research.
The Danish luxury jeweler has launched a heart-shaped pendant known as ‘the OCRF Heart Pendant’ to help fight ovarian cancer. There are two variants of the pendant – sterling silver for $250 AUD, and 18kt yellow gold for $1,195 AUD.
Over the last seven years Jensen has raised in excess of $480,000 AUD through the partnership with the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF). By purchasing the pendant, one could help make a difference to the lives of many women. For each necklace sold a portion of proceeds will be donated directly to Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation – $50 AUD will be donated from sale of the sterling silver pendant, while $200 AUD will be donated from the 18kt yellow gold pendant
Coinciding with the launch of the Pendant a campaign made in collaboration with Gritty Pretty Productions has been released featuring TV host and food critic Melissa Leong, model Rachael Finch, activist and model Maria Thattil, and OCRF researchers Varshini D. Venkata and Isabella Moore.
The Georg Jensen OCRF Heart Pendant is available in Georg Jensen boutiques and online now.
