Model of the Week: Teresa Forgia
Each week, we take the time to highlight one of our favorite emerging models. Previously, we profiled Cassandra van der Stelt and this week we’re turning our attention to Teresa Forgia. We caught up with the budding beauty to talk about her career so far, her passion for modeling and her plans for the future.

Have you always wanted to be a model? If not, what did you want to be growing up?
Actually not, I’ve thought about it over the years But now I couldn’t do without it!
How were you scouted?
I was walking down the street in Milan and was seen by my booker!
How would you describe yourself as model in three words?
Determined, smiling and strong
Your first modeling job?
Sunglasses campaign for Dolce & Gabbana
What is your favorite or most exciting aspect about being a model?
Being able to wear clothes that the real me would never wear!
Is there anyone that you admire as a role model and why?
I love Vittoria Ceretti, I like her simplicity and determination!
What’s been your biggest OMG moment to date?
To be able to partecipate in the Tour of Italy per Vanity Fair 2020
What is your dream shoot/campaign?
Perfume campaign for Dior!
Biggest lesson that modeling has taught you?
Always believe in yourself even when you think you can’t
What’s the best life advice you’ve ever received?
Live like ‘the Teresa I would like’!
How do you stay in shape?
I follow a healthy diet and do a lot of sport, like yoga!
What do you think about fashion? What does it mean to you?
For me fashion is about feeling good about your body and mind in every place.
If you had to be head to tow in one designer brand for the rest of your life, which would it be?
Definitely for Giorgio Armani!
How would you describe your style?
My style is simple and comfortable but never banal!
Denim or leather?
Absolutely denim!
Heels or flats?
I love heels but I prefer to be comfortable, then flats!
Vintage or contemporary fashion?
Vintage for life!
What is your guilty pleasure?
I love cooking healthy recipes and doing a lot of yoga!
What’s been your most indulgent purchase since you became a model?
I bought some clothes and food that I gave to poor kids. They were very happy for this!
If you were an emoji, which would you be and why?
Surely I would be the girl who does yoga, I think it’s emoji that best represents me!
When you’re not busy modeling, what are some of your favorite things to do?
I study philosophy at university
What are you working on now and what do you dream of happening in the future?
My future dream is to be a leading actress in a important film!
Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time?
I hope I can travel the world for work!
