Doutzen kroes is the face of the new Nikkie Plessen line
Following on the success of her earlier fashion lines, Nikkie Plessen is launching her fifth clothing line: Fifth House. The ready-to-wear collection consists of classic pieces such as dresses, trousers, jackets and accessories that belong in every wardrobe.
The fashion designer has tapped none other than Doutzen Kroes to be the face of the new collection. While appering on RTL Boulevard to talk about her new label, Plessen said that Doutzen is what the new label should radiate.
‘Doutzen is a timeless, natural beauty of international allure, but without fuss. In combination with her Dutch sobriety she embodies exactly what we want to convey with Fifth House. I am of course more than proud that Doutzen was prepared to connect her face to our beautiful new brand,’ Plessen said in a press release.
Plessen launched her first clothing line: NIKKIE in 2012 Nikkie. Since then she launched a children’s clothing line Nik & Nik, a sports collection Nikkie Sports and a high-end clothing line with supermodel Kate Moss, titled ‘Selected by Kate Moss’.
The new collection from Nikkie Plessen will be available from July in 150 multi-brand stores and department stores in the Netherlands. Prices range from from 59 euros for a top to 399 euros for a leather jacket.
