Ruby Rose graces the cover of Marie Claire Australia’s Rising Stars August issue
The Australian DJ and actress poses up a storm against a white background sporting a red fitted jacket with slim-fitting red trousers and a crisp white shirt. In her interview with the magazine the 30-year-old spoke about winning a GLAAD Award and about her new love Harley Gusman.
‘I was unbelievably in awe of the fact that I was even considered for the award. And to have Taylor [Swift] – one of my best friends – surprise me, saying what she thinks I’ve done to inspire young people, it meant everything. It was surreal,’ she gushed on her GLAAD win.
And when it comes to love The ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress who broke off her engagement late last year to clothing designer Phoebe Dahl opened up about her new girlfriend, Harley Gusman, a Miami-born skincare entrepreneur and model. The couple have been saring PDA moments on their respective social networking platforms confirming their relationship. ‘Someone wake me up,’ Rose, wrote of her new love. ‘This can’t be real.’
Rose’s career is at an all time high with the Melbourne-born star currently enjoying massive success in the US. She will next be seen in two blockbusters, John Wick: Chapter Two alongside Keanu Reeves and xXx: The Return of Xander Cage opposite Vin Diesel. ‘I’m so excited, and every single day I wake up feeling even more blessed than I did the day before,’ she told Marie Claire. ‘I’m living the life that I dreamt of as a kid but that I couldn’t have actually fathomed coming true.’
