Karlie Kloss is the new face of Swarovski.

The All-American 23-year-old replaces fellow former Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr who represented the company since 2013. In her first campaign for the brand, Kloss appears in a video where she teaches us how to pronounce Swarovski, one of the most frequently asked questions by web users.

As it focuses on the North American market, Karlie’s appointment marks a new era for the brand and will see her front its campaigns and the co-production of digital content.

‘Karlie is someone young women look up to – her use of social media makes her accessible to a broad audience,’ creative director Nathalie Colin said in a statement. ‘Karlie has an innate understanding of the digital world; we can’t wait to leverage her creativity to share inspiring stories about our jewellery and capture those emotional moments in life. The whole team is already in love with her!’
