Bar Refaeli’s Sizzling Bikini Commercial Gets Banned From Israeli TV
Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli’s sexy commercial for an Israeli swimsuit brand has been deemed inappropriate and banned from TV screens in her home country.
The ad which is for her swimwear collection BAR for Hoodies, shows the mom-to-be prancing on the beach in an array of bikinis around an idyllic beach house, driving a boat out onto the water, and devouring a delicious looking popsicle.
According to the Times of Israel, Refaeli was three months pregnant at the time of shooting. The Second Broadcasting Authority for Television and Radio said that in order to be allowed back on air a close-up of the model’s backside and a shot in which she appears unclothed need to be edited out.
The ad is still running on Hoodies’ site and its social media platforms. It is the second ad featuring Rafaeli to be banned in Israel. The first being from 2014 which featured the model in bed with a purple Muppet.
