Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is Brand Ambassador for Ugg
Australian shoe label Ugg has named Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as the face of its autumn campaign.
Known for her sellout Marks & Spencer lingerie line, Huntington is also the brand’s first-ever global woman’s ambassador. Uggs announced the news aia Instagram with a photo of a packet (she received from the brand) which included the iconic brown boots with a ‘RHW’ monogram. ‘Thank you for this warm welcome’, Huntington commented on the image.
Huntington has been a longtime fan of the brand, buying her first pair with the proceeds from her first modeling paycheck. ‘I was 16, and I remember all my style icons were wearing them at the time,’ she said in an interview with WWD. ‘You know that special moment when you open the box of something that you’ve saved up for? I just really remember that, and I’ve owned a pair ever since.’
