Bella Hadid to appear at Australian Fashion Week
Bella Hadid has been confirmed to appear at this years Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week in May.
The 19-year-old model will exclusively walk for Australian designer Misha Collection opening and closing the show. She will model Misha’s resort’17 campaign and newest line, Misha Gold. Hadid will both open and close the brand’s runway show at Carriageworks on May 16.
‘Bella was always my number one choice,’ Misha Collection’s creative director Michelle Aznavorian told Vogue Australia. ‘She’s just got such a timeless, elegant and a very high fashion look. We chose Bella as the face of Misha as we are launching our new Misha Gold collection which is a more elevated line with a higher price point. We’re getting everything manufactured in Australia and we’re using all Italian, German and Japanese fabrics so we wanted to collaborate with a beautiful face.’
The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia will kick off May 15th.
