Barbara Palvin takes to Twitter to shut down body shaming trolls
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie Barbara Palvin recently took to Twitter to hit back at body shamers who called her ‘fat’.
After posting images of herself from this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue on Instagram, Palvin was the victim of a slew of negative comments about her body. The 22 year old Hungarian model took the comments in her stride and took to Twitter to shut down the body shaming trolls with an apt response.
This isn’t the first time a model called out social media users for body shaming, in September of last year Gigi Hadid shut down body shamers in a powerful Instagram post. Other swimwear models Chrissy Teigen and Kate Upton have been “fat shamed” in the past for their curvaceous figures.
