Are Gisele Bundchen And Tom Brady Heading For Divorce ?
High-profile breakups are not anything new in our time and this summer seems to be one full of splits.
In the world of fashion in particular, following the recent split of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince after four years of marriage, comes the rumor that power couple Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady could apparently be headed for a divorce.
According to OK! Magazine, there is trouble in paradise for the couple who have been married six years and have two children Benjamin, 5, and Vivian, 2. The Brazilian fashion model and the New England Patriots quarterback have been fighting quite a lot lately and just aren’t “seeing eye to eye” anymore. ‘Things between Tom and Gisele have been strained for a long time,’ an insider told OK! magazine recently. ‘They have been haunted by the same problems for years’, the anonymous person added.
Wonderall.com’s Jessia Wedemeyer was also quoted as saying, ‘We’re hearing that they’re bickering non-stop lately. And really the drama kind of reached a head at Tom’s birthday dinner. Allegedly, Gisele stormed out she was so angry.’
Their issues allegedly include lack of sex life which has been near to “non-existent” since daughter Vivian Lake was born two years ago, the site noted. The source told OK! ‘Tom has very different views on parenting than Gisele, and he has had it with the insane organic, GMO-free diet that she insists everyone in the house follows.’ The couple allegedly has opposing views on how to raise their children as well. ‘She even makes Tom cook the childrens’ meals when she is not at home, despite the fact that they have a full-time staff. She doesn’t trust them to feed the kids, so Tom is cooking and cleaning. It’s crazy!’ the insider continued.
From the looks of Gisele’s Twitter and Instagram posts, however, it seems like the couple are happy and are doing their best to ignore the rumors about their relationship by choosing to focus on enjoying the last days of summer. But according to Ok Mag it is actually a facade for what’s really going on in their marriage. ‘Gisele is ramping up the social media activity because her marriage is breaking down,’ said the source.
According to Hollywood Life, the split is going to lead them to a $460 million divorce battle. For the case that it does (which we hope not), it would be sad given that Brady is amid a legal battle with the Deflategate controversy in which he was accused of deflating footballs during the NFL championship, and is serving a 4-game suspension.
However, If the rumors about Bundchen and Brady do end up true, they would just be one of many celebrity couples that have divorced in 2015. Famous duos like Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, have all filed for divorce this year.
