Kate Moss Is The New Face Of Decorte
Supermodel Kate Moss has been tapped by Japanese cosmetics company Kose Corporation to front its luxury brand Decorte.
The 41-year-old Moss, signed a multi-year contract with the company to feature in its upcoming global advertising campaign (its largest till date) that ties in with the brand’s 45th anniversary. The initial campaign is aimed at promoting Cosme Decorte’s Moisture Liposome franchise, (known to be the best-selling prestige face serum in Japan), as well as the brand’s new Liposome Treatment Liquid.
Lensed by photographer Mario Testino the famous model looks flawless as she sports a white boyfriend shirt with soft makeup that offers a very natural beauty boost.
Speaking on her excitement on being appointed as the new face of the brand Moss said : “I love Decorte. The products are amazing. I just tried the intensive moisturizer – it’s incredible. I really want it to come to Europe.”
Kazutoshi Kobayashi, president of Kose Corp expressed his joy to work with the legendary Moss, “During the Decorte brand’s long history, we have established a strong bond and trust with women of Asia. As Decorte starts a new chapter, we are pleased to work with the globally recognized Kate Moss.” he told WWD.
Moss’ print ads for Decorte are set to appear in global publications beginning in September. She also starred in a pre-release, behind the scenes video.
In related news, Moss recently starred in french fashion house Balenciaga’s fall campaign, teaming up with and Lara Stone for the first time ever.
