Stella Tennant Is Timeless On Vogue Uk Cover
Fashion’s love affair with Stella Tennant still continues. The Legendary model is the cover star of the July 2015 issue of Vogue UK, its “Ageless Style” edition which it brings out every year.
The 44-year-old makes an appearance on the fashion bible for the fourth time, her first was back in 1997 followed by 2003 and 2005 respectively. Photographed by Craig McDean, Tennant sports a Hermes blue cotton shirt and black tuxedo trousers with her signature tomboy haircut and the same etiolated frame she had since her very first Vogue shoots.
Stella’s modelling career began in the nineties. She became a fashion fixture and has been photographed by everyone from Mario Testino to Paolo Roversi and Steven Meisel. As one of the most in-demand models out there she has walked in endless Chanel shows as well as making appearances for Burberry, Dior, Balenciaga and Versace, to name merely a few.
Tennant recently starred in Vogue Italia photographed by star photographer Paolo Roversi and also made an appearance on the limited-edition cover of the 35th anniversary issue of i-D magazine. She joins the likes of Cameron Diaz, Julianne Moore and Helena Bonham Carter, who have all graced the Ageless Style issue.
