Heidi Klum celebrates German Launch of her Lingerie Collection
Model and businesswoman Heidi Klum celebrated the German launch of her lingerie collection, Heidi Klum Intimates, at KaDeWe in Berlin last week. It was business as usual for the Emmy-Winning “Project Runway host” who made the appearance a day after she was evacuated from the live televised finale of “Germany’s Next TopModel” after a bomb threat was made against the show.
The Heidi Klum Intimates collection is a line of contemporary bras and panties (which she models herself) that give women “the perfect boost” and “the most natural shape.” Designed with the modern woman in mind it exudes femininity, elegance and sophistication and spices up the presentation. The collection features pieces for everyday along with those special moments in exquisite laces, delicate silks, soft modals and microfibre combined with the very best technology. Heidi has said, “In addition to spending a majority of my career modelling lingerie, I am also a woman whose body has changed over the years. I am a mother of four children so I genuinely understand the importance of finding the right lingerie. I want women everywhere to feel sexy, empowered and confident in my collection every time they wear it.”
The collection which has been launched globally in over 1800 doors worldwide in January will be made available by KaDeWe in Germany and will also be available at several other retailers around the country. In Oct 2014 Klein had succeeded the Elle Macpherson Intimates with her HK Lingerie line. As the creative director and face for the line made by the Bendon lingerie group who is a world leader in intimate apparel, Heidi knows the intimates business well, she is a style icon whose vast experience in the lingerie and modeling world is unrivalled.
