Maggie Rizer makes a runway comeback at New York Fashion Week

Maggie Rizer had not set foot on a New York Fashion Week runway (or any other fashion capital’s runway) for nearly five years, but the American supermodel made her grand NYFW comeback during the Michael Kors spectacle on Wednesday morning (September 10th).

The thirty-six year-old redhead, who rose to prominence in the nineteen-nineties, has been making sporadic runway appearances this year; first for Louis Vuitton during Paris Fashion Week in March, and just recently the statuesque mother-of-two strutted her stuff for Michel Kors after having been missing in action on a catwalk since 2010.

Rizer, who is featured on one of the three covers of Vogue Japan‘s September 2014 number, took to the runway showcasing the first look of Kors‘ Spring/Summer 2015 offering which he described as “optimistic chic.” The all-white ensemble consisted of a cap sleeved t-shirt and a floral lace midi skirt with flat beige sandals.
