Cindy Crawford turns heads while out in Beverly Hills

Cindy Crawford is one of the “Big Five” supermodels of the nineteen-nineties, and the American fashion icon proved she still has the power to turn heads even while out running errands in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (August 27th).

Making it inevitable for passersby to admire her timeless beauty, the forty-eight year-old brunette was donned in a sleeveless grey top and a belted pair of semi flared jeans while out and about in sunny California. Crawford, who rocked a set of gradient brown shades, completed her chic look with a large black leather hand bag and grey flip flop sandals while carrying a brown paper sack.

The statuesque mother-of-two recently joined a rally to promote environmental safety at the Malibu high school her kids attend. “How do I know it’s safe for my kids? I am very frustrated and very disappointed at the way this has been handled,” Crawford said in an interview with NBC’s The Today Show.

The legendary mannequin opted to keep her son Presley and daughter Kaia, aged fifteen and thirteen respectively, home over fears that their school could be contaminated by cancer-causing toxins after they declined her and her husband’s offer to pay for testing of the sealant substance frequently used around the building’s windows.

“I don’t feel one-hundred percent safe. I look ten years down the line, what if my kid, God forbid, had a problem? How could I live with myself if I knew that it was a possibility, and I still sent them there?” Crawford added.
