Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine rock complimenting outfits to the VMAs

Victoria’s Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo and Maroon Five frontman Adam Levine tied the knot in Mexico just a little over a month ago, and the newlywed couple proved that they are the perfect match while attending this year’s annual MTV Video Music Awards.

The music spectacle officially marked their first red carpet appearance as husband and wife, and the two love birds made the most out of the occasion by effortlessly complimenting one another from head to toe in matching black lather outfits as they took to the star-studded ceremony’s 2014 edition held at The Forum in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (August 24th).

With her svelte mannequin limbs on display, the twenty-five year-old beauty was donned in an edgy button-up mini dress which featured a ruffled skirt. Behati completed the look with an octagon-shaped black clutch purse and a set of matching ankle strap high-heeled sandals. The blonde stunner’s jewely included a golden chain choker and matching bracelet.

Meanwhile, her thirty-five year-old musician-hubby rocked a leather jacket and trousers which came down to a pair of matching sneakers. Levine, who shielded his eyes with a set of sunglasses, added a hint of color to his all-black ensemble with a violet undershirt as he posed proudly alongside his gorgeous wife.
