Lara Stone Stars In Calvin Klein’s Fall Campaign
With an exclusive Calvin Klein contract under her belt and a smoking new campaign, Lara Stone has proved she is truly unstoppable. The Dutch model returns as the face of Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Underwear in a joint campaign for the Fall/Winter 2014 season.
Starring alongside male model Matt Terry, Stone appears in the brand’s latest underwear and denim items alongside the #mycalvins hashtag, part of a wider social media campaign launched earlier this year.
The 30-year-old model was shot in black and white by industry legends Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in New York and London.
The throwback campaign is designed to look like Calvin Klein’s iconic 1990s ads and Lara looks amazing as she showcases her enviably toned stomach in a series of saucy shots.
Stone says the shoot is “right up my street”. “I like the simple, clean [aesthetic] and it’s easy to wear,” says Stone of the campaign. ‘It’s nice to have an option where you can feel feminine and womanly but don’t feel like you have to hunch your shoulders so you don’t see your boobs or suck in your tummy.”
Stone first walked for Calvin Klein collection for the Spring 2007 show, and has been the face of several campaigns for the Calvin Klein brands since Fall 2010.
