Lupita Nyong’o wears Prada for Dazed & Confused

Actress of the moment Lupita Nyong’o, best known for her role as Patsey in the award winning film “12 Years a Slave”, appears to be taking the fashion world by storm. After starring in the Spring/Summer 2014 Miu Miu campaign, Nyong’o now fronts the cover of the February 2014 issue of Dazed & Confused.

Born in Mexico, raised in Kenya, and now residing in the US, the 30 year-old actress poses for the lens of fashion photographer Sharif Hamza for the magazine’s “Girls Rule the World” issue. The cover shows film star wearing a cobalt yellow frock-style dress from Prada’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection.

The award-nominated Hampshire College alumni also carries a contrasting cobalt blue military-style jacket over her left shoulder. Styled by Robbie Spencer, Nyong’o looks absolutely striking in the vibrant jewel-encrusted ensemble as she poses in front of an equally colorful background.

The publication also features Kate Moss’s 16 year-old little sister Lottie Moss, debuting in her first magazine photoshoot by Sean and Seng.
