Tyra Bank’s diet plan takes a major blow
Or is it a binge and purge diet plan? Supermodel and talk show host, Tyra Banks showcased her newly slimmed down figure just recently for her latest photoshoots for Cosmopolitan and Arise magazines. She looked hot-to-trot having whittled off the weight gain in all the right places. And just as we were getting ready to say BRAVO and well-done, she shows us how not to do it, when it comes to losing those extra poundage, that is.
Thanksgiving is one of the biggest holidays in the US and it gives everyone the excuse to overeat and call it the norm and Tyra took that to heart. She tweeted a photo of her Thanksgiving meal which she had cooked and called it “ass maintenance.” The loaded plate made one cringe just looking at it. The caption next to the snapshot read: “Do candied yams with marshmallow count as a vegetable?” Only if you’ve thrown your “diet plan” out the window Tyra.
Meanwhile mother-of-four and a supermodel herself, Heidi Klum showed the world how to do it right when it comes to keeping your figure in line. She tweeted a photo of her Thanksgiving meal to her fans and there were no surprises folks. The meal consisted of roast turkey, carrots and Brussel sprouts. And wrote: “FINALLY!” beside the photo. And it so happens that it was also son Johan’s birthday and that was cause for a double celebration. “Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Cooking and celebrating Johan’s b/day since 7AM this morning….so great! Question is….what is not in my stuffing?” We know the answer to that one, don’t we?
