Charlotte Free is the new face of Maybelline
The American model Charlotte Free is the new face of Maybelline. This new contract of the model with the pink hair was announced in a video that featured her and P’Trique, the star of the Sh*t Fashion Girls Say videos. There, Free calls P’Trique to share the big news and, on his turn, he spreads it to fashionable friends, among which are Betsey Johnson and Markus Lupfer.
Clearly pleased with the new gig, the model told WWD “It’s an honour to represent this truly iconic brand and a dream come true”.
After her catwalk start at the autumn/winter 2011-12 fashion weeks, Charlotte is already considered “the new generation of beauty” by the global brand president of Maybelline New York, Damien Bertrand, who added “her great energy and her unconventional style make her unique. Spontaneous, confident and daring, Charlotte is the perfect representative of the Maybelline New York woman”.
At the moment, the pink-haired model is also the face of Forever 21.
