Heidi and Seal are fighting over their children custody
Shortly after Heidi Klum took the first step towards divorce, both she and her estranged husband, Seal, were spotted moving on with their lives in very distinct ways. The singer, continuing his showbusiness lifestyle, was pictured on the other side of the world in the company of a new blonde. Meanwhile, Heidi stayed home taking care of her kids.
Yesterday, literally putting on the busy mom’s shoes, the 38-year-old supermodel went out in tight jeans and comfortable tops to spend some quality time, having a fun afternoon with her four kids at the Cold Water Park in Beverly Hills.
Determined to fight for the custody of her brood, Heidi keeps showing she’s a natural loving mother. Recharching batteries in the sunshine, she looked relaxed and cool while keeping a sharp eye on her kids. Amusing themselves, the four sibblings were splashing around in the park.
On his turn, Seal traded fatherhood for partying in Australia, at the 2012 Logie Awards in Melbourne. His divorce may still be in process, but the 49-year-old music star seemed not to mind it while kissing fellow singer Delta Goodrem in the cheek. Delta, who split from Nick Jonas in February, looked stunning and ready to move foward.
This new attitude of Seal’s may be related to the bitter turn his separation from Heid Klum has taken. Apparently, the nearly ex-husband and wife are going to fight hard over their children’s custody, as the English singer seeks joint custody of the brood and Heidi only wants to offer him visitation rights. If the children issue wasn’t hard enough, there are also comming up discomforts due to property divisions: she claims there is a post-nuptial he insists there are community and quasi-community assets and he makes no mention of the supposed agreement.
