Yasmin and Amber Le Bon walk Chanel show
It is odd to see a mother-daughter combination on a runway, but not when it comes to Yasmin Le Bon Amber Le Bon. Mother Yasmin is a huge supermodel, and Amber is following in her mother’s footsteps. The girls are 25 years apart and both walked the recent Chanel Metiers d’Art pre-Fall show. Yasmin and Amber walked the Chanel show together 20-yrs. prior in 1991 when Yasmin carried a 22-month old Amber down the runway with her. Amber’s career is definitely set to skyrocket because she has the approval of Karl Lagerfeld, and that in itself is a huge honor. She recently walked a show at Claridge’s and was in a campaign for Vanessa G. The Chanel show took place at the Grand Palais in Paris. The show had guests seated at banquet tables which doubled as a runway with an Indian inspired theme. The show seemed to double as a massive over the top dinner party with the models serving as the entertainment.
