Model to Watch: Ruby Aldridge
Lily Aldridge isn’t the only one of the Aldridge clan to be stealing the spotlight on the runway. Sister Ruby Aldridge, 20, has become a model in her own right recently being noted by WWD as one of Spring 2012’s top 10 models, and being highly sought after as one of the best models to have walk the runway this season. Ruby is from Los Angeles, California and began her modeling career at the young age of 14. This season alone she walked Pucci, Stella McCartney, Versace, YSL, Victoria Beckham, Prada, Dior, John Galliano, and Lanvin just to name a few. She has also appeared in ad campaigns for Marc by Marc Jacobs, DKNY and Calvin Klein jeans. Her presence on the runway isn’t the only thing that has gotten her noticed, her great sense of style off the runway has garnered her the attention of fashion bloggers everywhere. Ruby is definitely one to watch in upcoming seasons. Her half-sister Saffron Aldridge is also a model, and sister Lily Aldridge has the coveted title of Victoria’s Secret Angel.
