The usually-stylish Miss Macpherson wears unflattering harem pants on night out

It’s not like Elle Macpherson to get it horribly wrong in the fashion stakes.
But even supermodels can suffer from a fashion faux pas from time to time as The Body has proved.
Elle, 46, was snapped in very unflattering harem pants as she arrived at a private members’ bar in London.
The supermodel looked as though she wrapped a leopard skin rug around her legs and tied it round her waist with a clunky gold chain and black tassel.
It was unlike the usually-chic and stylish beauty to get it wrong, and if to make it worse, she teamed the baggy pants with a cropped black top and a white blazer.
She accessorised with ?590 wedged nude suede and gold capped shoes by BodyAmr AW11, which matched the colours of the trousers but that was about all.Elle also wore long dangly gold earrings and a carried a gold clutch bag as she arrived at the club.
Although Elle could wear a sack and get away with it, this was once occasion that she didn’t quite hit the fashion mark.
Surprising for her, as she even looks stunning on the school run, putting all the other parents to shame as the ultimate yummy mummy.
Something she showed this morning as she dropped her children off – but also raised eyebrows as to how late her night had been.
She was still wearing the same clothes as the night before, except she wisely swapped the harem pants for a pair of boot-cut jeans that flattered her slim figure and long legs.
But she kept an element of animal print with a patterned silky scarf .
