Kate Moss looks round her new London home

She might be having problems selling her current pad.
But with millions in the bank, it’s not going to stop Kate Moss purchashing her dream home in another trendy and affluent part of north London.
And she’ll be hoping that her new neighbours will be friendlier than the last lot – with superstar George Michael just a few doors away.
Kate, 37, was spotted outside the house in Highgate overseeing some work being done on the ?8million mansion.
In her trademark black leather jacket and dark sunglasses, the model was seen talking on the phone as her friend pulled away from the seven-bedroom property in a black 4×4.
Kate is hoping to move into the new house before her wedding to rocker Jamie Hince this summer.
And Kate is clearly itching to get in – if and when she can sell her current home.
Her house in Maida Vale is on the market for ?7million, after she had to slash the price by one million after receiving little interest from would-be buyers.
She has received no offers on the house, which she considers jinxed, after a series of mishaps that culminated in a ?100,000 flood.
She recently starred in a new advertising campaign for Dior lipstick, which will no doubt add a few more pence to her account to help renovate the new pad
